It is very important to keep the instructions shipped with the light fixture.
It is best to go back to the boutique where it was purchased and, ideally, see the same salesperson for any repairs or work to be done.
For replacement parts, the client must provide the product code on the item at time of purchase (see FAQs – How to read a label). The salesperson must be able to name the part in question and provide its reference number.
This information is found in the chandelier assembly instructions leaflet which specifies the various parts that can be taken care of by After Sales Service and their reference numbers.
When work or repairs are to be done (apart from replacement parts), an estimate will be systematically drawn up. Depending on what needs to be done, the entire light fixture may have to be sent back to Baccarat workshops for complete service.
