When you purchase a chandelier we can help with all aspects of installation including placing sleeves on the chains and expertly disassembling each chandelier; estimates will be provided beforehand.

Care

How often should the chandelier be cleaned?

Each chandelier should be cleaned twice yearly to ensure optimal crystal shine and light reflection.
However, depending on the location of the chandelier, cleaning more often may be necessary.

How do you clean a chandelier?

Prepare a soft, dry cloth and a bucket of hot water. 
Clean each crystal piece individually and do not allow water to leak on the electrical installation.
Spray an anti-static product on the cleaned crystal to prevent a build-up of dust.

Repairs and Spare parts

It is very important to keep the instructions shipped with the light fixture. 
Please visit the boutique or sales person from which you purchased your chandelier for any repairs or work to be done.

To secure replacement parts, please provide the product code on the item (please see FAQs – How to read a label). To secure each part, the name the part and reference number in question must be identified. This information is found in the chandelier assembly instructions leaflet which specifies the various parts including reference numbers that can be taken care of by After Sales Service

When work or repairs are requested (apart from replacement parts), an  estimate  will be drawn up. Dependent on the scope of work, the entire fixture may need to be sent back to Baccarat workshops for complete servicing.
