Advice and Custom Pieces

The Designer Services Department is comprised of Baccarat professionals trained to help with all Architecture and Interior Design projects including manufacturing and design constraints and problem-solving.

We are at your disposal to provide custom-advice whatever the scope and complexity of your request may be. We specialize in helping you choose either existing pieces or creating custom orders.


Advice

We can provide advice to help you determine your best suited product, including:

  • What size chandelier is right for your project?

  • Which additional range of products corresponds to the desired style?

  • Which pieces are immediately available?


Technical advisory services are also available.

  • Which chain length to choose?

  • How to install a sleeve and in which configuration?

  • Who can install the chandelier on your building site?

 

Special orders

We realize that special and custom orders play an important role in the design of a new space. Our team of dedicated engineers works closely with our manufacturing facilities to provide you with the most knowledgeable service.

We currently offer two types of special orders:

1 – Adapting existing pieces:

  • Personalization through an engraving, gilding or adding coloured crystal pieces

  • Assembling a new piece out of existing crystal elements

  • Adapting a piece due to building site constraints

  • Reproducing a historic, heritage piece from our archives

2 – Developing a customized piece, in different stages:

  • We are able to study your brief and requested design to better understand each project’s context, style, sizes, technical specificities, lead times and budget to better tailor our product offerings

  • We offer a Feasibility study and prices from our team of expert engineers

  • Work meetings at the crystalworks with engineers and workshop craftsmen are available by appointment

  • Full collaboration with your project’s other suppliers is proffered, if needed


Out of these collaborations we have been able to provide expert service for luxury projects including: castles, private villas, hotels, restaurants, showrooms, boutiques and yachts.
